Dinner at "Por Que No?"

We caught this trolley out in front of the shopping mall that's a short walk from the resort. It takes tourists on a loop around the area past several nice restaurants.

Eddie, the guy that owns the restaurant, came down here six years ago for a wedding and liked the area so much he retired here two weeks later. Now he owns and operates two restaurants; Eddie's, and the one we chose for tonight, Por Que No? (Why Not?). The food was great, and the service even better.
