This is not a picture of the place I had a massage today, but you get the idea. A covered pavilion on the beach, with muslin curtains blowing in the breeze. Valeria gave me a firm massage (vs. gentle or medium) at my request - it really helped relax the muscles in my shoulders (like my mother, I carry my tension there).
It's probably a good thing I didn't do this until today - it might have been hard to resist doing it every other day. As it is, I made another appointment for Friday.
