Mexican Money

We exchanged some U.S. dollars for pesos. Foreign money is always interesting...here are the 50 peso, 100 peso, and 500 peso notes. I especially like that the 500 peso note features artists on both sides.

We got just over 12 pesos for every U.S. dollar, so those notes are worth approximately $4, $8, and $40, respectively. Ken gave me a formula for converting back to U.S. dollars quickly: take 10%, then subtract 20% from that. So, for 500 pesos: 10% is $50, subtract 20% = $40.
